What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. A T-shirt and shorts or leggings are ideal. Sweat pants are an option, although it is easier to observe ankle and knee alignment and leg muscle function if you are not wearing baggy pants.
What To Bring
We have some sticky mats available, but bring your own if you have one, and come with an open mind!
